About this tour

Jeonju is where Koreans go to eat. Wander 700 hanok houses, sit down to the bibimbap that made the city famous, graze the Nambu Market stalls, and end the day over makgeolli with your Korean and international group. A slow, flavour-led day three hours south of Seoul.

Day plan

  1. 07:00 Meet your group and board the coach in Seoul
  2. 10:00 Wander the lanes of Jeonju Hanok Village
  3. 11:00 Gyeonggijeon Shrine & Jeondong Catholic Church
  4. 12:30 Sit-down Jeonju bibimbap — in its hometown
  5. 14:00 Try a hanji paper craft or rent a hanbok
  6. 15:30 Graze the Nambu Market food stalls with the group
  7. 16:30 Makgeolli alley — toast the day with your group
  8. 20:30 Arrive back at the Seoul meeting point
